Ella facilitates the governance of WaterRA by fulfilling the role of Company Secretary and supporting the Board and company sub-committees. Ella also provides support to the whole WaterRA team in compliance and HR matters, with a particular interest in wellbeing and diversity. With an established background in the higher education sector, Ella brings compliance and customer service expertise to the team.
