Jacqueline is Senior Manager Research Strategy & Business Development at Water Research Australia. With over 30 years of experience in water resources and water quality, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Jacqueline’s career spans research positions at universities in Germany and the USA, consulting with CH2M HILL in the USA, and key roles at the South Australian EPA and SA Water.

Passionate about improving community wellbeing through secure water supplies and safe drinking water, Jacqueline has led projects and teams tackling complex water resource challenges. Her work has included water quality and resource assessments, environmental impact studies for major water infrastructure, and managing drought and extreme weather events, including post-bushfire land and water management.

In her current role, Jacqueline focuses on driving strategic initiatives that maximise financial leverage and create national and international collaborative research opportunities for WaterRA members and partners. She champions the adoption of circular economy and integrated water management principles to help the Australian water industry build innovative capacity, tackle climate challenges, and achieve positive human and environmental health outcomes.
