The water research team at WSU has diverse capabilities including; water quality analysis, cultural behaviour regarding water, water policy and governance, urban design for water and aquaculture management.
WSU’s research within environment and sustainability is wide-ranging, applied and interdisciplinary, and concentrates on sustaining and managing diverse urban, agricultural and natural systems. Its research draws on insights from the life and ecological sciences, as well as sociology, sustainable development, social ecology, environmental humanities, design, engineering, green IT, public health, education, law and economics.
