Meet WaterRA team member Deepika Jaduram

We are delighted to welcome Deepika to WaterRA, in the new role of Research Adoption Manager.

Deepika has worked in the Victorian technical consulting sector for the past eight years, largely in Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Economics.

She has a BE Hons (Civil and Env) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, and moved from New Zealand to Melbourne in 2010. where she commenced her professional career.   

Deepika looks to promote a shared understanding of higher objectives in a way that encourages and mobilises people. She is passionate about answering the “why” question,  sees the importance of thinking holistically and is committed to driving strategy in alignment with vision and values.

Deepika has a wide breadth of skills to contribute in many areas of WaterRA's business. 

Ian Overton and Deepika spent much of her first week visiting a number of WaterRA Members, followed by a week in Adelaide meeting the rest of the team.

She will be based in Melbourne, working largely out of the WSAA officeand will manage research projects in key focus areas of Climate Change, Regulation & Economics, and Wastewater.
