Drs Stuart Khan (UNSW), Erica Donner (UniSA), Mark Browne (UNSW), Annette Davison (RiskEdge), Stacey Hamilton (Water Corporation of WA) and Mr Ian Law (IBL Solutions) will discuss two aspects of this issue (1) risks of three emerging contaminants / pollutants currently of interest to water utilities; Engineered Nanomaterials, Antibiotic Resistance (Genes and Microbes) and Microplastics; followed by (2) consideration of risk-based management options, a prioritisation framework for emerging contaminants and governance issues and gaps.
Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their issues with the panel. The session will be held on Thursday May 10th at 9am, so register now!.
