Evaluating application of microbial source-tracking markers for QMRA of recreational and drinking water sources

This project seeks to combine Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment (QMRA) with Microbial Source Tracking (MST) methodologies in recreational waters in South East Queensland. The purpose of this project is to determine the extent to which this approach can provide refined health risk estimates to better inform policy and management decisions.
