WiSE Webinar | Good Practice Guide for Drinking Water Supply Systems

Jun 17, 2020 12:30pm to 2:30pm

.

WiSE (Water industry Subject Experts) events bring together leaders in industry, research, government and regulatory bodies to discuss the issues that matter.

Join us for a very special WiSE webinar featuring the newly minted Second Edition of the Good Practice Guide to the Operation of Drinking Water Supply Systems for the Management of Microbial Risk.

This newest edition of the Good Practice Guide is a WaterRA member-funded initiative, aimed at providing managers and operational staff, who have the responsibility for the operation of drinking water supply systems, a concise reference document on the requirements for optimising the processes that are used to produce microbially-safe drinking water.

In this WiSE webinar we will showcase the benefits of the Good Practice Guide to frontline water industry operations, what’s new and improved in the guide as well as focus on practical examples of its use across the industry.

This event explores:

•          The background and development of the Good Practice Guide

•          What’s new and improved in the Second Edition

•          Live demo of the operational assessment templates

•          A showcase of real-world utility case studies in the application of the Guide Practice Guide
