From March 17–27, the One Basin CRC will host a major online event series designed to empower the Basin community to influence the future of Murray–Darling Basin policy.
In an effort to support transparent, evidence‑driven dialogue on the future of Australia’s most significant river system, the One Basin CRC is convening eight online panel sessions over ten days. Each session brings together a diverse mix of partners, researchers, and other experts to unpack the key themes presented in the Murray–Darling Basin Authority’s (MDBA) Basin Plan Review Discussion Paper, released on 5 February.
These sessions will cut through complexity on core issues and provide a space to collaboratively develop and coordinate evidence-based policy innovations.
The One Basin CRC encourages all interested stakeholders—whether directly involved in Basin management or simply invested in its future—to explore the session topics and contribute their voice.
